Event

On this day we will introduce the medicine wheel, opening sacred space, smudging, and blessing our drum. We will then connect with our drums and, in the afternoon, experience a drum healing circle and drum journey.

The retreat will be facilitated by Roz Gibbs of Coastal Wellness and is open to all. If you have a drum please bring it with you. I have some spare drums that I will bring if you don’t yet have a drum of your own but please let me know if you would like to borrow one so I can ensure that I have enough.
